Triangular building differs the paved square in south and park like grass landscape in the north, at the same time forming a part of the bigger continuous central park area in Saue.

The building itself is compact opened and appearing transparent pavilion in park. On one hand all sides similar aesthetical approach, at the same time according to the surrounding space and cardinal direction every side is clearly differing.
