The proposal is based on the qualities of the area and tries maximally to use these qualities and amplify these. The most important point of departure is a coherent and diverse public city space, which values and activates the riverside and creates smooth as well as valuable and attractive part of Pärnu riverside promenade. Sadamaastik is dignifying the port area as one of the most valuable part of Pärnu and is an important landmark on arriving to the citycenter.
